NKT HV Cable's factory is located on Verkö Island, just outside Karlskrona. Several construction projects are happening simultaneously here. Skanska is building a brand-new facility for producing high-voltage cables.
The Electrolux Group's headquarters is located in Stadshagen on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The Electrolux Group owns the property through the real estate company Gångaren 13 and has had its headquarters there since the late 1990s.
On behalf of Akademiska Hus, Skanska has constructed Natrium, a building that consolidates much of the University of Gothenburg’s Faculty of Science activities into one location.
Terminal 5 at Stockholm Arlanda Airport now features a new glulam veranda. This 3,500-square-meter extension, constructed by Skanska for Swedavia. The area is designed to be light and airy, with glulam beams extending up to 18 meters.
